I'd heard about the figure of $300,000, but it was hoarded into an "improvements" account at Gulf Park campus, not embezzled. Eventually, it was put toward improvements on the campus.

From all the stories I heard, "company ink" is right on the mark. Apparently, he wasn't all that great at his job, and when he dipped his pen, Lucas axed him. I've heard from more than one place that Lucas "didn't play dat."
