"USM President Shelby Thames, who is vacationing in Texas, is not expected to attend, spokeswoman Lisa Mader said."


She's talking about the College Board meeting this Thursday, but it sounds like he's in TX right now.  I have a feeling that Joe Paul will be the "head honcho" today as he is mentioned in the email.  This must be their new tactic...keep Shelby out of the dome!


Doesn't matter, though, the message will still be sent!  We will "smoke him out of his hole" so to speak!

University presidents can make aribtrary, unilateral  decisions and phone them in from anywhere
