Walt Cain gave his innaugural address this afternoon.  This cat looks oily.  He saved his last "thank you" for Chris Moore, who he said was the brains behind his operation.  He actually said that Moore played to political game better than anybody he'd ever seen before.

BTW, there were 15-20 silent protesters there, holding up signs and things.
