I wonder the credibility of the sources of these rumors.
Seems like most of these "rumors" have turned out to be true. Amazing. I would think Tim would have been looking ahead long ago, especially since March 5.

Whoa! This sounds too good to be true! Has anyone else heard this one? It's something I haven't considered. Maybe he'll take that online PhD in International Development program with him! It's certainly mobile enough.
So, I MAY (pending credibility of the source) have to amend my doom and gloom predictions about the CBED losing AACSB accreditation and Dean Doty. If Hudson bails, that whole crisis will be averted!

Well, there is definitely a Presidential Search going on at UT-Pan Am...I went to their site yesterday to confirm that. They say that they will have someone installed by August 2004, but haven't released a list of candidates yet. So, I'm not sure how anyone at USM would know unless Tim himself has been spreading the word (seems unlikely before he knows he even has the job, but who knows?). Tim Hudson, much like Joe Paul, also has many ties to the H'burg area and USM. He also has a young family. But perhaps recent events have caused him to think about moving...who knows? Time will tell.
