My ex colleagues and USM supporters ...

Although I left in December (as I could no longer tolerate the mess) I admire you for your guts and spunk and will be following the hearing later this week. I PRAY that everything will work out fine, i.e., Shelby and his fellow anti Christs will be gone (though I doubt this) Nothing will give me more pleasure if Glamser and Stringer are reinstated, Southern MIss returns to the wonderful place it was when I joined in 1995 and the pants is sued off Thames. I can assure you, from Virginia, y'all are in my heart and prayers. Trust me, I will be checking out the developments ALL the time. PLEASE keep developments posted on this board for those of us who are not within striking distance.

A good many others of us will soon be watching events from a distance as you do now. When some of us came to USM, we planned to stay until retirement. We're not happy that conditions have forced us to leave. Neither are we happy that our departures probably bring Thames some sort of pleasure which he does not deserve. We can only hope that the departures of so many will help focus attention on the damage Thames has done and hasten his removal from office before it is too late to save USM from total ruin.
