This photo was taken, I believe, after the hearing reconvened and Anderson announced a settlement. Perhaps the Printz photog can tell us if it was taken before the annoucement, but I believe it's from after.
Yep, those guys on Eagle Talk have been out in the sun too long. Time will tell. You don't see any criminal charges being filed against F&G, now, do you? Didn't think so. I'll take my opinions back when those ephemeral criminal charges are filed, Eagle Talkers.

I have heard that if criminal charges were to be filed, they would be filed against Thames for the manner in which he conducted his investigation. Perhaps that was leverage that was applied to get him to back down yesterday.
Here's the original shot, taken by the Hattiesburg American photographer who was the only person allowed to make photos in the hearing yesterday:
GEORGE CLARK Hattiesburg American
University of Southern Mississippi President Shelby Thames and his attorney Jim Keith listen as an attorney for USM professors Frank Glamser and Gary Stringer, who were dismissed by Thames, presents their case during a hearing on their dismissals on the USM campus Wednesday.
(So the shot WAS INDEED taken after the agreement had been reached. Looks to me like Shelby isn't very happy, not very happy at all.)
