I do not know how the process of appointing board members works.  Just wondering how someone who obviously knows so little about tenure and the workings of a university (except of course how to totally disrupt one).  Can someone explain to me how he was appointed?  It just seems that there would be an acidemic-type person on the board, rather than people who care only about business (and, of course, about being a true red-blooded American man).
