After reading all that I can, and feeling let down because the matter was supposed to be dropped and an atmosphere of healing to begin, I started looking to the past.
I see where Joke, I mean Jack Hansbury very strongly reprimanded the deans, which were hand picked. I also read with great anger the attitude which he displayed toward the "more professional" people here in our world.
This made me think, does Mr. Hansbury know the meaning of insubordination? Does he mean "disobedience?" Thee is a world of difference. Many individuals seem to make a big mistake in the understanding of those three words. There is no insubordination!
I am deliberatly mixing two forms of government together, for a reason.
I see Mr. Hansbury as the Politburo Leader.
I see Shelby Thames as the Dictator, Hitler.
In a couple of years, after Thames is removed, he will write a book about his adventure with USM as a short lived presidency. I expect to see the book under the title, "Mein Kampus."
