Housing market decline?

I just bought in the SW H'burg area, and another family member is looking. Seemed to us there was more on the market, but of course you have to allow for this being peak house-selling season.

Congratulations on the new homew. I was thinking more toward August and September. Of course, someone in realty would know what the usual market is for those months and be able to tell if more houses are on the market.
