I plugged "Shelby F. Thames" into an anagram generator; here are a couple of the more memorable results.  The second one seems appropriate to some of the stories alluded to on this board!

BASE FLESH MYTH

BAH FLESHY STEM

BAH THE MESS FLY

BASH SELF ME THY

ABYSS HEFT HELM

Brilliant!

This could be the new title given to "those stories" that pop up here now & again. In his field notes, Thomas Cooley alludes continually to the Base Flesh Myth. Now it has a name!

"Bootyology" was so lame...

The study of anagrams, ars magna, "the great art".  This shows up in the Kabbala and the Renaissance period as many of you already know.  Finding new meanings of words or terms by rearranging the letters - it's kind of interesting. The strangest anagram of all has to be the rearrangement of Dana Thames name though -  Satan Had Me.

Emma, that's even scarier, that we posted the same thing within minutes of each other.
