VP of Business Development, Java Werks Coffee Company (Hattiesburg); 2. authored letter to The Hattiesburg American (5/17/04) pointing out to readers that his company was dissed by Shelby Thames time-after-time when attempting to get a license to sell gourmet coffee on the USM campus. Despite his best efforts, and his Eagle Club Membership and public support of the USM Symphony, Hill’s local company was passed over in favor of a national chain, all in the name of efficiency and economic development.
