As I said in another thread why keep pouring gas on a fire? These guys need to be left alone!!!!!! Go back to playing checkers because you have no talent for a strategic game such as chess.
This cite is intended to oust Shebby and support G&S. Again this cite is NOT to enlist trouble because of a few loose mouths!
ZIP it! Move on to our intent, which is not creating problems for us.

Dvorak-Hanbury to open law practice
Mark Dvorak, human resources director at the University of Southern Mississippi, will open a law office with Jack Hanbury, his former partner, who resigned earlier this month as the university’s director of risk management.
The two will specialize in business-related law when the practice opens July 1, Hanbury said.

Thanks for the clarification, elliot and Mediahound. Wow...I don't know about you folks, but this gives me a lot of hope that SFT really *is* on his way out. The rats are deserting the sinking ship...Miz Lisa and Miz Angie are next! Wonder what sort of bidness they will go into together? Resume pumping? PR spinning? Anger management workshops? The possibilities are endless...
Is anyone else curious why the Jackal didn't return to his home in Kentucky? Who pulls the strings in this new law firm? Certainly not young Mark! Or the Jackal. Who then? How has this new business been funded? Is anyone curious about their list of clients? Is it possible this list includes a healthy retainer from Noetic (sp)?
And speaking of Noetic, how has this new company been funded? Why are the principals also employees of the University? Who REALLY calls the shots? Is it the same person to whom Mark and Jack are beholden?
Are the grants foundation funds restricted in any way? If not, who controls these funds? Where do these funds come from and where do they go? Would the granting agencies be interested in these answers?
