Question: Do you expect the state College Board to provide the leadership that is needed to help improve relations between the administration and faculty at the University of Southern Mississippi?

"I'm one of those USM graduates left more confused than anything by the recent hearings designed to "settle" the controversy surrounding the dismissals of professors Frank Glamser and Gary Stringer. What was that all about?

"The members of the state College Board seem to operate under the assumption that the less we know, the better.

"Am I the only person left with the impression that they take the public's intelligence for granted? This board is obviously driving under the influence of a select few.

"I have little confidence that their brand of "leadership" is the medicine my ailing university needs right now."
