I do admire your passion and attempts to reconcile the perceived attitude of this board.  My advice is that you speak your opinions and accept the criticism as you have thus far.  I would caution you though.  In the past I too attempted to pass on advice that I thought was helpful to the cause but need less to say I was accused of being a TROLL.  Unike RC Truth4usm did apologize and for that I am grateful indeed.

To make a long story short, It is my belief that the very point you make is the very reason some posters have come on this board to ridicule G&S.  Tit-for-Tat!

The board was in my opinion a way to discuss the behavior of SFT and to discuss our position and attempts to deal with him.

There have been a number of postings on this board and I donot know why they have been either rejected or just forgotten.  These points were:

How to deal with Hudson and his generous perks!

How to deal with SFT and his gold mines (personal)

More importantly how to get rid of Lisa Mader the engine behind SFT and his voice piece.

Why have these issues that are so important be pushed to the side and outweighed by non-important issues like the hate stuff you identify.

I am a team player and a supporter but I do know we need to revamp.  The more were continue down the road we are going the more this damages our cause.
