It's a shame you had the audicity to accuse Douglas Chambers of cancelling class to protest. Yet another lie from you, as normal, and I'm not surprised.
Heinous. It's becoming increasingly obvious that Thames' spin is not working.
Also ludicrous: He is transferring responsibility to publicly account for his decision to terminate Glamser and Stringer to the two profs. On WDAM tonight, he actually said that he is under legal obligation to be silent on the issue, but that Glamser and Stringer ought to address the public on what they were charged with.
It's like telling someone to prove they are not guilty! Even freshmen philosophy majors know that it is impossible to prove a negative.
The burden lies with the accuser, NOT with the accused.
If this is the kind of advice Thames is getting from Mader and Hanbury, he needs to find a new PR advisor and a new "risk" lawyer. If anything, his risk attorney has increased the risk of lawsuits against the Thames maladministration.
Lisa Mader has done nothing positive for the University. The only achievement I could site her for is running off the entire, experienced staff in PR and replacing them with inexperienced students just out of USM programs.
The faculty turnover since Thames has been reported. I wonder what the staff numbers would look like.
