I don't believe it. All buildings had their walls painted? Some buildings haven't had their interior walls painted in years. This claim doesn't pass the "look for yourself test."

Maybe not EVERY building, but there has been alot of painting done around campus since he took over, and all of the paint has been AP.

What I saw of physical plant, they were not using his paint, but I know that he has donated paint to some departments to cut cost.
