Related to the string below about one of the 3 new deans about to be fired.  Here's the problem Dean Doty's got in the College of Business and Econ Development: three of his tenured professors are Tim Hudson (Econ Dev.), Angeline Dvorak (Econ Development) and Cynthia Easterling Moore (Fashion Merchandising), all of which belong to new departments that were added to the college after the restructuring.  These three have both of his arms tied behind his back, and his mouth duct-taped shut.  USM's organizational charge, unlike most universities, has more curves (instead of straight lines) than Angelina Jolie.
