How is the Faculty Senate--or anyone, for that matter--doing in getting documents from USM through the FOIA?


What's the fine for not producing documents?


Wonder if Shelby & Co. would just rather pay the fine than produce requested documents.  It's not like he hasn't already blown through university funds.

Shelby and Co. have been known to ignore court orders to provide required documents in other situations too. Living on Shelby Time is quite different than living in other time zones.
