I'm fairly sure that Frank and Gary can sue for their legal expenses regardless of what sort of "setting" this is in. I'll check with my risk manager and get back to you all on that one.

Well Truth4USM:

You can ask your Risk Manager but an earlier person asked for an outside attorney and that is my advice. Even if the two Profs were engaged in a civil action in court each party pays their own costs except in special circumstances.

Now if your lawfirm or you as an Attorney see that different please show me where to look. Do you practice here in Hattiesburg?

This would be the "special circumstance" that could cause USM to have to pay for G/S lawyer.

I was just wondering if you practice in Hattiesburg. Care to answer?

It si tough as an alum to see this. I came here out of curiosity and offered some advice.

I will leave this site for now. Being an imparcial person I think it is best. The previous allegations about any of the parties at his time is utterly stupid. Mr. Adleman would certainly tell you the same thing.

Whoever the Fire person is is not thinking to wisely about comments made publically.

In a way, I hope FS will leave this post; notice the tactic of intimidation implied in the final sentence. This post is very revealing about the ways the minds of some SFT supporters work. I guess they are emulating the man they admire so much.

Yes, I wouldn't give any serious worry to the threat implied in the message, but I do think it is revealing that this poster resorts to such a tactic. It says a lot about his mindset: if you disagree with me, your job is at risk. Hmmmm ... sounds familiar ....
