It could be that R. Anderson wanted a small room for the hearing. God, it's going to be a meadia circus anyway. I won't need to be actually "present" in the room to receive satisfaction.

From what I understand, there will be one camera allowed in the hearing room. It will have a direct feed into another room with a large tv for viewing. It would be great if anyone had a lap top with wireless internet capability.... he/she could feed us some real time scoop in messages on this board. Some of us who are out of town are at the mercy of the internet for information!

It is my understanding that faculty senate President Henry asked if the space allocated is large enough and whether the audience had been considerd in the selection of the site. I think he also requested that FacSen, Academic Council and Grad Council be allowed to have representatives seated.
