Haven't heard anything about the ACLU lawyers since the announcement that they would assist Glamser and Stringer's lawyer. Does anyone know? Are they compeletely involved in the case? Or perhaps just there to deal with free speech issues?

Yes: quite involved and Mike Adelman indicated to me he was very happy to have them involved and sharing the load.
So the professors have a legal TEAM! That sure sounds good & I'll bet it has been major relief for Mr. Adelman.
This morning on the drive to work, Warren Zevon's "Lawyers, Guns & Money" came up on the CD player queue. Somehow it felt appropriate.
Question: At this point, has the professors' legal team seen ALL the "charges" that Shelby et al will bring out, or is it possible that a polymerized rabbit will be whipped out of a top hat at the last minute? I know in a regular court of law, there would have been "discovery" & that the prosecution cannot hold back evidence from the defense. But this isn't going to be a regular court of law.
If Justice Anderson is worth his salt, I'm sure he'll kick some ass if Team Shelby tries to pull anything new out that was not included in the formal list of charges. I imagine at some point (prior to now, or at the beginning of the hearing), he'll have an identical copy of the charges given to Frank and Gary....

Polymerized rabbit? Is that anything like a polymerized robot (i.e. the "kenbot")?
