So about this recommendation...Will Thames just tell the college board what he wants done, like say "Keep them," "Fire them," "Retire them," etc. I just don't know the legal processes of this. How long will it take for the College Board to reply to his recommendation, or is it no set time?
Thames will make whatever recommendation he agreed to make with the judge this afternoon. It will not be "whatever he wants." It will be what he was told to do.
If it isn't, he'll be on the hot seat in real court next.

One thing Thames accomplished was that he sure got the University Advisors Committee out of the ball game. I suppose that was a plus for his side.

Good point. Now we can quit worrying about any of them getting named in lawsuits. They never got a chance to be involved.
