Anyone notice that R. Scott Farris' recent letters to other newspaper was run (for the first time) in the Hattiesburg American. He has apparently removed the phrase about how Angeline Dvorak was the most attractive speaker at the JCJC symposium. Go read webster's Glossary entry "Farriswood" and you'll see what I mean. This means that pro-Shelby people are now having to "sanitize" their letters to editors. Wow, this board has really made a difference. It's great.
But of course, in contrast we have the eloquent letter from USM Alum Jeanne McCarty. Isn't interesting how the letters supporting the professors are much more reasoned and well-written?
someone should bump that laundry list of neo-confederate associations this guy has, just to put everything in context. Honestly, alot of that letter sounded like "code words" for a whole slew of ideas...
