We have a bit of a wait. Board will take up recommendation in May. If ST's days are numbered, which is the only good end to this ordeal, what will the meantime be like?

The man still doesn't get it.

The IHL can call a special meeting at any time.  Surely they will do so and deal with the matter of Thames in an expeditious way.  One can only hope that means we might actually get to use those brooms.

Yeah, it makes no sense for the Board to wait until May.  Although, stranger things have happened...

From the Sun-Herald article:

Thames gave the details of the settlement to the College Board on Wednesday afternoon. The board is scheduled to meet May 19-20.

Then, we may very well know what it is soon. If the recommendation is anything other than summary execution of the professors, Roy Klumb would be hard-pressed to keep his mouth shut.

Yes, they should get this matter settled asap and meet. Send ST packing.

Wouldn't it be great if there was a statewide faculty senate to advise the IHL board? Board members know nothing about academia.

And why is it considered a good thing that all the board members went to MS universities? How about a fresh perspective or two?
