After reading the article in the HA by Nikki Davis Maute, it is very apparent to me that Klumb intends to "sit" on the settlement issue until the May 20th meeting. If I am not mistaken, I believe that Justice Anderson requested that the settlement be addressed ASAP so that the "healing at the university may begin." The regularly scheduled IHL board meeting is scheduled for May 20th. But the presidents shift seats on May 8th with Carl Nicholson going out and Roy Klumb coming in. As addressed on previous threads, Roy Klumb is a STAUNCH supporter of Thames, if there was any doubt about that, it was again made apparent in the HA article. Please write your thoughts about this on this thread.
I thought Justice Anderson's comments indicated that Thames would be notifying the board that day (Wed) of his recommendation. These people are saying they haven't received anything.

BINGO!!
Cronyism? Possibly
Fishy? Definitely
FS, let me know when we are going to start a letter writing campaign again. I guess this time it will be to the Governor, too.
If SFT had gotten his way - the IHL would have met immediately (as advised) - if Klumb says he's waiting till May 20 -- all they are doing is trying to take the wind out of the sails.

I think they will be meeting today or tomorrow, but it won't be because Shelby won.
