I've posted an item on yesterday's hearing at Liberty and Power

Even after following the events closely on the Message Board yesterday, I found the hearing hard to write about in a concise fashion.

I plan to write about the consequences of the USM situation for tenure, and for laws and policies that treat computers like meat-slicers and pencil sharpeners (i.e., just another piece of company equipment) in future posts.

Gotta finish grading papers first...

I thought maybe it was something weird coming from the semi-experimental version of Mozilla that one of our Human Factors grad sudents installed on my computer
