We have done something that seldom has happened throughout history: we have united people of diverse backgrounds into a formidible front. Let's continue to use the strength of our numbers for our main objective.
Let us not lose sight of our goal to see Thames removed. Let us not allow bickering over the profs' agreement to rip apart what we have worked so diligently to build.
Let us pledge that we will continue, as a group, to challenge the USM administration at every turn. If we fall apart now, every one of us will feel the repercussion in the future. We have to remain united. We HAVE to.
Right on, Fire Shelby. Let's try to get to the bottom of the Hanbury issue, and be sure it gets public exposure. I'm not on campus, but I don't live far away. My house is available for meetings, etc. You have my email.
For the last several weeks we have been the most vocal about the G&S issue. I think we all can agree that is not the only problem we have with Thames and his administration. Now we must take Fire Shelby's advice and unite again behind other important issues. I think the hottest issues at the moment are 1. snooping through email 2. Trying to smear a student during this mess 3. Thames possibly breaking the agreement already with his statements.
Lets keep writing those letters to the editor!!!!!
