Through university spokeswoman Lisa Mader, Dvorak said Friday she has not decided whether to follow through on her threat to sue those who questioned her academic credentials.

She told Mader she will monitor campus events before deciding whether to follow the recommendation laid down in the agreement.

Dvorak last month said questioning her credibility probably has ended her academic career. However, Thames has said repeatedly that she has his support and does a "superb" job.
