I say G&S won. Shelby admitted to it, not in words, but it actions

1. He gave them a two-year paid vacation.
(Of course this was to get even, in spite of the fact that it is detrimental to the University.)

2. He admitted truth was on G&S's side. Even though he has an information ministry (PR machine), he could not win the debate. So he had to ask them to give up their constitutional right of free speech.

3. He listed all the people G&S had good grounds to sue. He asked for and received the compassion of G&S to protect these people.
