for the College of Arts and Letters to the University Council.

If he is unwilling to serve, perhaps Stephen Judd will consider.

If SFT is really interested in hearing from all sides (cough, cough), why doesn't he just read this board?  He probably already reads EagleTalk.

Many good ideas have already been offered on this board for improving USM.

Just reading along - and thanks!  I would most happily serve.

Btw, what is a "troll"?  And is it appropriate to kick off those who are critical of the No Quarter campaign?  On the other hand, if someone writes in with vapid comments like "get a life...you suck" etc. they should at least have the cojones to sign comments with their actual name.

However, as the whole Thames apparatus has served over the last two years to teach student leaders to be venal and imperious (does anyone remember that boy who came to the AAUP meeting, the one with the bad suit, the usual apparatchik title and supercilious attitude?....typical - which reminds me, the SGA also contains a "Supreme Court"?  What the hay?), it should not surprise that his supporters act dismissively and ad hominem instead of engaging the issues.  It is laughable.

No, I haven't kicked anyone for being critical.  The comments from "Shelbyssupporter" this morning indeed said that we all suck and that the professors are stupid, among other comments.

I am going to submit your name to Dean Pood.
