If the current IHL DOES remove SFT, could the new IHL reinstate him when it meets?

That would be a very, politically charged move. I don't know if they could or would do that. Can someone look into the IHL bylaws on this one?

You have pinpointed the problem. People are so unhappy that they are leaving, and USM is unable to replace them because no one wants to come here given the current administration.
