Please enlighten the out-of-staters ... what is the gnome's deal with Portugal ... he has bought a building in Portugal to move a department there?

It is some sort of cooperative agreement with a University in Portugal combining different kinds of technology related to POLYMERS of course. Shelby was all excited about it--they have molds and we have . . .something else. Anyway, they go together and will yield products and $$. Lots of white males in suits, except for a quote from Angie, looking not so good (I agree with Thomas Cooley in the other thread, even if he is fictional.)

Shelby really gets excited about polymers. He should stick with them.

Golly, they should hire me to work there.  I actually have a Portugese last name.  No need to tell them I'm really a WASP from Tennessee.  Then I could secretly monitor the email, or be a spy for y'all or something.  Just so long as they don't actually speak Portugese to me . . .
