You guys really crack me up. Everything that is said in here is pure garbage. I just love coming in here to entertain myself. Facts are lacking on this site. It's always some crap similar to; "Oh, I heard that...” or "...so and so's friend told me that he heard it from someone who once lived down the street from Thames that...” I really do appreciate this site. This site always helps when I’ve had a hectic day at work and I just need to laugh. Thanks for always being there to enlighten my day FST!
What phd program am I in? I didn't even realize that I was still in school. I could be wrong but I thought I graduated and was running the family business now with my father. I could be wrong though. Maybe I have a multiple personality disorder that causes me to forget my other life.
Here's a quote from a recent HA article about "Tuesdays with Thames":
Adding a bachelor's degree in tourism management with an emphasis in casino and resort management is an example of change to survive, he said in answer to a question from Stephen Dietz of Biloxi, an economic development graduate student.
Were you a masters or phd student in economic development?

Well, you are right on both accounts. I am both a jackass and not that bad after all.
Yes, I was still a graduate student last semester in ED. However, my father has suffered from a couple of strokes recently and it was time to come home for good and help out. I cannot leave my mother with the weight of six stores on her shoulders. Now, she could handle it a lot better than I could but I needed to come home and help. It wasn't right for me to stay up there any longer.
I actually didn't finish the ED master's program. I'm going to eventually transfer credits to the MBA program and finish on the Coast by taking one or two classes per semester.
That's not my address anymore and I do appreciate you putting up my personal info up on the web, ass. That's OK, I was in the phone book but the email address was kind of a jackass thing to do. It doesn't matter though.
I wish your father a quick recovery. There are some amazing drugs now available that help people recover from strokes. I am glad that you live close enough to your family that you can help.
