Here's more interesting news! Just posted on the online version of Hattiesburg American is a short piece that announces that Mark Dvorak and Jack Hanbury will open their new law office here in town on July 1. Guess Mark will have two jobs.

Dvorak-Hanbury to open law practice

Mark Dvorak, human resources director at the University of Southern Mississippi, will open a law office with Jack Hanbury, his former partner, who resigned earlier this month as the university’s director of risk management.

The two will specialize in business-related law when the practice opens July 1, Hanbury said.

Does this mean that both of them have been admitted to the bar in MS? Legal eagles, please explain. Does KY have reciprocity with MS for admission to the bar?

My source tells me that Hanbury passed the MS Bar and was licensed last year.

Oh, boy -- here comes "Chess" again with his cryptic, enigmatic, pseudo-profound comments!  It's too bad the job of Delphic Oracle is already taken!

Wonder how many contracts they have with USM already?

the HA version doesn't specify where this new office will be located.  perhaps rather than setting up shop "here in town" they'll return to bluegrass country. just a thought/hope...

Omitted from the article, I believe, was the fact that theirs will not be a new firm, but a Hattiesburg branch of the well known national firm, Doowie, Cheatham, and Howe, LLP. It was very Christian of USM to underwrite the startup cost of their little office, by paying them both several months salary for doing nothing. I gather they'll have a strong bidness client base from the get-go, including Pileum, Sanderson Farms, and the Purple Parrot. Rumor has it they're trying to recruit Mrs. Dr. Dr. Dvorak to come aboard as their economic development specialist, and Ms. Mader as their PR Director.

You know this board changes its intent everytime to fit its own need.  Y'all be screwing with folks you don't need to screw'n with.  The intent of this board is to focus on supporting G&S and ousting the Gnome, am I correct???????????

Now you have turned this to a board to slap anyone.

Do not get me wrong because I been accused of being a TROLL before but get a grip!

You are starting to make yourselves look rediculous!  Every little thing that does not go our way we **** and moan.  So these two are gone let them be, we need to focus on Shelbo!

The last thing I want to do is start screwing with these two because it does not make things easier for our friends!

I'm with you, Quiet.  The fact that they are going into practice is interesting and germane, but beyond that, we don't need to say much more..

Oh! Clarence, you are still at the same ole laim crap these days.  One often wondered why you could never make things happen the way you wanted!

I guess it is a lesson that needs to be taught to you.  Put your money where your mouth is . . .  "oops no do nnot put your money between his legs!"  What article?  What facts? What evidence do you have to support your comments?

Man you all need to chill on this thread.  Take the advice of Quiet and LVN.  You do not need the wrath of these two after you.  Let them be, let them go, they are gone!  I do have some sense that if you keep messing with them it will be an invitation to a battle we will lose!  Please leave this alon and move on the the prupose of this board.

Thank you and I hope others with sense will agree.  Spitting and spewing venom in their direction WILL ultimately backfire.

Why do you care so much about Hack Hanbury and Mr. Angie Dvorak's "wrath?"  Puleeze!  I think that since the Dvoraks and Hanbury were brought into SFT's administration so deliberately, that their actions are extremely germane to the purpose of this board.

And why are you so worried about what they will do to you personally, oh, anonymous one????

Well...

I don't feel quite so foolish for reporting the rumor that Mark Dvorak was being canned.
