Thanks to all who contributed to the many useful and interesting conversations in this electronic town-hall, and especially to FS for making this "building" possible.  We (the real USM rather than the faux Southern Miss) are all stronger, better informed, more organized and certainly saner for all of these threads.  Let us break for the summer, see how things develop, and begin the new academic year resolved to engage what we can, protect what we are, fight when we must, and most importantly, never give in or give up.  As I have said before, a real university is an institution of higher learning, not simply of higher earning.  An alternative vision for USM has been in the process in this Message Board - in FS many of us found our voice, even if anonymously.  Speak out and speak up.  All the best.
