Just heard from a person in the continuing ed college that Hudson's internet PhD isn't even properly approved.   Should we rename Southern to 'Tim's degree Mill?"

...and you think having a Ph.D. degree approved is needed by Tim? Really? Every other rule, policy, and procedure at this university is ignored by administrators when they can't get what they want by following them. Tim is just doing what "they" have done all the years I have been around USM.
